At Stubble & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
